Do I need a referral or a GP letter?
No. Book any test directly — and where imaging legally needs a clinical request, our own doctors assess and provide it as part of the visit.
Which results really come in 20 minutes?
The point-of-care panels — infection markers, blood counts, kidney/salts/glucose. Send-away lab tests take 24–72 hours; we tell you exactly which is which before testing.
Can I get tested without seeing a doctor?
You can book straight in for standard tests; results always come with doctor review, because a number without context isn't an answer.
Do you do genetic testing?
Yes — through accredited partner laboratories, with doctor counselling before and after. Tell us your question (hereditary risk, carrier status, a specific gene) and we'll advise honestly whether testing helps.
How fast can an MRI or CT happen?
Usually within days — we book it, prepare the request, and your MEDii doctor explains the images when they're back.
Will my insurance cover tests?
