No referral maze and no long waits. Here's exactly what to expect when you come to MEDii, what it costs, and how to find us.

MEDii Health · Waiting LoungeMEDii Health · Waiting Lounge

MEDii is a one-stop private medical centre with hospital-level care — not a walk-in clinic, GP surgery, or insurer. Your consultation, tests and follow-up happen in one place, with one team.

Your first visit

What happens, step by step

From the moment you book to your follow-up, every step is handled in one place and clearly explained.

  1. 1

    Book your appointment

Book online, call us, or message on WhatsApp. Tell us your symptom or what you need — same-day appointments are usually available. For enquiries in Chinese, reach us on Enterprise WeChat.

  2. 2

    Arrive at the clinic

We're at 18 Duke's Road, five minutes from King's Cross and Euston. Please bring photo ID, your insurance details (if using insurance), and a list of any medications you take. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.

  3. 3

    See your doctor

An experienced GP or Consultant-grade doctor listens, examines you, and explains what they think is going on — in plain language, in English or Mandarin.

  4. 4

    Tests in one visit

If you need tests, most are done on-site the same day — bloods, ECG, ultrasound and more — so you don't have to come back just for diagnostics.

  5. 5

    Get your results, fast

Many results come back quickly, often the same day — some are ready in as little as 20 minutes. Your doctor talks you through what they mean.

  6. 6

    Leave with a clear plan

You'll know what's going on, what it costs, and what happens next — a prescription, a treatment plan, a specialist appointment, or a fast-track referral if it's needed.

  7. 7

    Follow-up and continuity

We stay with you — follow-up appointments, repeat tests, and onward care are coordinated by the same team.

Using your insurance at MEDii

MEDii is recognised by many international insurers, and we're expanding our partnerships with UK providers. Remember that your insurer is the payer, not the provider — you still need a trusted medical provider, and that's where MEDii comes in.

International insurance

In most cases you pay first and claim back from your insurer. We give you itemised documentation to support your claim.

UK insurers

Please obtain your pre-authorisation code first, then contact our booking team so we can match you with a suitable clinician. You'll only be able to attend once a confirmed appointment is in place.

What to bring

Your insurer's name, policy/membership number, and any pre-authorisation reference.

Recognised insurers include Bupa Global · Cigna Healthcare · Allianz Care — and more.

Many insurers apply an expenditure cap, and a co-pay or top-up may apply to your visit. Please make sure you understand your policy before attending.

Not sure if you're covered? Tell us your insurer when you book and we'll help you check.

Ask us about your cover

Redeem your pre-paid benefit with MEDii

Many corporates and institutions work with MEDii to give their employees and members convenient access to medical care. If your employer or organisation has an arrangement with us, please have the details to hand and confirm your ID with our booking team to redeem the service.

An expenditure cap, co-pay, or other special terms may apply to your programme. Please make sure you understand your scheme before attending.
