Can I get a prescription online?
Yes, where clinically appropriate after assessment — issued digitally to collect near you, or delivered for a fee. Some medicines need an in-person visit; your doctor will tell you.
I'm overseas — how do you handle my old records?
We collect, summarise and translate them (中文 included) so your UK doctor has the full picture before the call.
Is it secure — what happens to my data?
Yes. MEDii is Cyber Essentials certified, we consult over UK-compliant tools (Zoom and Microsoft Teams), and your records are handled under UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 — with a GMC-registered doctor and your identity verified before we start. Your data stays yours.
What if I need to be seen in person?
The doctor will say so and arrange it — at Duke's Road, a hub near you, or a fast-track referral. Online is a front door, not a dead-end.
Can I go back to the NHS afterwards?
Absolutely — a concrete private diagnosis means you re-enter NHS care assessed and fast-tracked, not at the back of the queue.
