Looking after your mind, the way you'd look after your body
At MEDii, psychological therapy sits within well-being — part of lifestyle medicine, not an afterthought. Just as we help you protect your heart or your sleep, we help you build mental strength: managing stress, low mood, anxiety, life transitions and the weight people carry quietly. It's preventive as much as restorative — strengthening how you cope, not just treating when you can't.
Talking therapy that fits your life
Structured sessions with experienced psychotherapists, online or in person.
In your language
Bilingual therapists who understand the cultural context, so nothing is lost in translation.
Connected care
Therapy linked into your wider MEDii health and longevity plan, because mind and body aren't separate. Learn more
Support for the things people don't always say out loud
We work with an extensive network of bilingual psychotherapists and partner specialists, matched to your needs and the group you belong to. Common reasons people come to us:
- Stress & burnout
- Anxiety
- Low mood
- Work & executive pressure
- Relationships & family
- Life transitions & loss
- Cultural identity & adjustment
- Sleep & overthinking
- Confidence & self-worth
- Perinatal & parenting stress
Whoever you are, we'll match you to a therapist who understands your language and your world.
The MEDii advantage
Most therapy stands alone. Ours doesn't have to.
Because MEDii is a doctor-led medical centre, your therapist isn't working in isolation. When your care would benefit from more, we can join it up — seamlessly, with your consent.
Step up to a psychiatrist
If medication or a formal psychiatric assessment would help, we can refer you to a consultant psychiatrist within MEDii's network — therapy and medical care, coordinated, not fragmented.
Linked to your whole health
Mind affects sleep, weight, energy and hormones — so therapy can connect into your screening, longevity and lifestyle programmes for a joined-up plan.
One record, one team
Your wellbeing tracked over time, with everyone who looks after you working from the same picture.
Talking therapy when that's all you need — and a medical centre ready when it isn't.
Gentle, structured, yours

Using insurance? Some policies cover talking therapy.Therapy, gently explained
Is it confidential?
Yes — your sessions are private. We only involve another clinician (like a psychiatrist) with your consent, except where there's a serious risk to safety.
Can I have therapy in Chinese?
Yes — bilingual (中文) therapists are central to this service, with cultural understanding, not just translation.
What if I need medication?
Therapy and medication aren't either/or. If it would help, we can refer you to a consultant psychiatrist within MEDii — coordinated with your therapy.
Online or in person?
Both — whichever suits you.
Is this an emergency service?
No — please see the crisis-support section above for urgent help. MEDii is for planned, ongoing care.
Do you treat addictions or eating disorders?
For intensive needs we work with specialist residential partners — make a private enquiry and we'll guide you.
