Friendly, expert care for your child.
Consultant paediatricians for fevers, tummy troubles, coughs and growth worries — with on-site tests and answers in the same visit, at our private medical centre near King's Cross. Calm for them, clarity for you.
- No GP referral needed
- Appointments in as little as 24 hours

Some childhood symptoms can't wait for a clinic.
If your child is drowsy or hard to wake, struggling to breathe or breathing very fast, has blue or grey lips, a rash that doesn't fade when pressed with a glass, a seizure (fit), or is under 3 months old with a fever — call 999 or go to your nearest A&E now. Our clinic is for urgent and planned children's care, not life-threatening emergencies.
See a children's specialist this week, not this year.

Using insurance? See how cover works at MEDiiPaediatrics — your questions answered
Do I need a GP referral for my child to see a paediatrician?
No. You can book directly with a MEDii consultant paediatrician — no referral letter needed. If you're insured, check whether your insurer requires a GP referral for claims; our team can help.
How quickly can my child be seen?
Urgent same-day slots are usually available for unwell children; planned appointments often within 24 hours.
Will my child need blood tests — and will it hurt?
Only when they genuinely change the plan. When tests are needed, we use numbing cream, child-friendly technique and a no-rush approach.
Can you see babies?
Yes — from newborn upwards.).
My child was diagnosed abroad — can you take over their care?
Yes. Bring (or send) records, including 中文 reports; we review everything, build a UK care plan, and coordinate with your doctors at home.
Can the whole family be seen at MEDii?
Yes — that's the point of a one-stop centre. Parents have their own specialists here, and family screening packages cover everyone in one visit.
